important notes
1- Make sure your AlfaBands fit correctly for maximum results, not too tight and not too loose is proper (free returns are available if you think you need a different size).

2- If you feel the grips slipping, use the liquid chalk provided to have a more secure grip around equipment.

3- AlfaBands are new, your hands are not familiar with wearing them. It will take some time to get used to them. Have patience and include them in your workouts as much as possible, you’ll feel the difference and see the results in no time.

4- If you get a rash or any kind of reaction on your hands, discontinue use immediately.
