Make sure you measure your hands correctly using the size guide
So I got my first pair and they felt too tight, tried to lift but they just didnt feel good. I got help from customer service and they sent me the right size. After that i could really feel the difference spoecially when pulling, you wont get that nasty pain from your palm skin being pinched and you can actually keep going till failure
